The restaurant attached is fab, has a great vibe, and the staff are amazing.

The breakfast was a delicious start to the day. Although a bit outside of the village it wasn’t inconvenient (well linked to footpaths). Good WiFi

Set in a Gothic mansion, YHA Ilam Hall has 84 acres of beautiful parkland, a traditional restaurant and stylish lounge. The YHA is situated in the Peak District, and offers views over Dovedale. The area, the castle look from outside, felt so relaxed.

Set in a grand 17th-century manor, this YHA is situated in Hartington, in the heart of the Peak District. The majority of rooms at YHA Hartington Hall contain bunk beds. Loved the old building, had all the facilities you needed within the building, i.e. showers, kitchen, pub with food

Surrounded by the Peak District countryside, this Victorian gothic mansion is set in formal gardens and 27 acres of parkland. This youth hostel is in a beautiful old country house. Naturally, the rooms are small and basic but they are clean and I found the simple bed surprisingly comfortable. Staff is most friendly and there is a café period. It is surrounded by a nice park and very peaceful. I got a room for myself and was very happy with that.

I Millers Dale, 12 kilometer fra Buxton Opera House, ligger YHA Ravenstor, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en restaurant. Traveled with 9 yo for the night. Wow the lady on reception was super friendly! What. A lovely lady. Room was clean and bathrooms, fab location and free parking. Would highly recommend. Had kitchen to use with pans and cutlery. Soli Hostel ligger i Alton i Staffordshire og har en hage. Her bor du 2 kilometer fra Alton Towers fornøyelsespark og 26 kilometer fra Trentham Gardens. Gary was very welcoming and showed us around. We haven't stayed in a YH before but it was super comfy and clean . The food the pub down the hill was Thai and delicious, we took it back and ate outside. We will be back for sure. Beautiful scenery.

Macclesfield Lodge ligger i Macclesfield, bare 19 kilometer fra Buxton Opera House og 23 kilometer fra Fletcher Moss Botanical Gardens. The host was so attentive, we lost power and didn’t have a mirror and they straight away fixed both issues.
