I stayed at this underground hostel, and it was super nicely done and clean! They provide towels and slippers right on your bed, which is a nice touch. However, since it’s underground, the internet isn’t great. It’s basically one studio, so the kitchen, common area, and bunk beds are all in the same space, and there are no windows for natural light. Plus, there’s no stove in the kitchen. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and explore, it’s highly recommended, but not the best spot for cooking or working.

This place would satisfy everything a traveller needs for a stay.

I loved hostel mandaria, the vibe is very nice and it offers everything you need to be comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights in a private room, which was comfortable. It didn’t have heating, as I was told as soon as I booked, but for beginning of December it was doable. The showers and toilets are shared but super well taken care of and clean, it was a quiet period during my stay so that helped. Doing the laundry was very convenient and cheap. The host was very friendly and professional, helped me out finding how to get to my next destination. The rules of the hostel are clear and I think thats what makes it a nice and clean place to stay. The kitchen area is very nix and also good for working.

We had a delightful stay at Demisferdobi. Nana was incredibly sweet and ensured our stay was exceptionally comfortable. She is a very kind lady and also prepared delicious breakfasts for us. Kaga, Nana’s son, was equally kind and always helpful. I highly recommend this place! 😊
