Ideally situated in Athens, Retroverse Eccentric Stay features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. I had a great stay at this hostel! The staff were very friendly, and checking in at 1 AM was no problem at all. The front desk staff even helped me print some documents for free, which I really appreciated. The common area is also a nice space—I was able to hold several Zoom meetings there without any issues. As for the room, it was quite spacious, with curtains for privacy. The toilet and shower were separate, which was really convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Perfect for a lovely time at the beach! Ioanna is one of the kindest, most generous hosts you could wish for. :) The accommodation is very spacious and rooms have a sea view! My room had a beautiful, large luxurious bathroom included and the view was stunning, overlooking the sea, I could watch the large ships passing by to and from Port of Piraeus — simply amazing, especially at night! Ioanna's apartment is decorated with great attention to detail and creativity; you simply feel at home. She welcomes you with a warm smile upon arrival and for breakfast, if I asked in advance, she prepared eggs any style or pita with feta cheese for me! Yamee!! The fridge is full of fruits, drinks and yogurts, she'd prepared for guests. I always was concerned about the costs, asked how much it is to take e.g. a piece of watermelon, she always replied: 'Nothing, that's Greek hospitality'!!! How lovely! If you need a parasol, she has one ready for you. She is there with 100% attention! But, best of all, Ioanna is a very open-minded woman, who knows how to advise in every situation. I had very deep, but also very funny talks/conversations with her! Mostly, the deep-talks about life topics in general were very insightful for me. She simply adapts to any of the guests' various requests. She's just amazing! The week I stayed with Ioanna, I had my birthday and didn't want to celebrate alone, so I asked her to accompany me to a restaurant and she made it work! Many thanks, Ioanna! The whole place is designed with so much love and attention to detail – it feels both stylish and cozy at the same time. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel instantly at home; they’re not only incredibly helpful but also some of the kindest, loveliest people you’ll meet. The location is great for exploring Athens. At first glance, the neighborhood might seem a little rough around the edges, but I never once felt unsafe – in fact, it added to the authentic local vibe. What makes Baloo even more special is the great program and activities they offer, which make it so easy to meet people and feel part of a community. It’s the kind of hostel you arrive at as a traveler and leave as a friend. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens – you’ll feel welcomed, inspired, and right at home.

Situated in Piraeus, BEDWAVE Seaside Mansion offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Votsalakia Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Sofia and George were THE BEST hosts! They make you feel at home and are so helpful with everything you need! My stay there was nothing short of amazing!! It’s a great location, near the port, very convenient to go island hopping. The house is great, it has everything that you need to make you feel at home! You can use the kitchen, the common areas, and the bedroom is really comfortable with great AC! The water pressure of the bathroom showers is top notch! You basically have a private beach that you can access from the hostal. There is a supure marker really close, restaurants and public transportation within a few minutes. I loved my time there, will definitely come back in the future!!

Well set in Athens, Iconic Athens Hostel provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. The Hostel is beautiful. Always clean. It's located in a restaurants and discos area so you have activities to do during the day and the night. There is a Theather one block away. There are some supermarkets 10 blocks away but if you want there are kioskos in the corner. The metro (blue one) is almost 3 blocks from there so it s really easy to go to Plaza Sintagma or Monateraki. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy and you have your own privacy even in the sharing rooms: you have a curtain, a plug for charge your phone and a wall light. Price-quality of the place is really good.
