Boasting a garden, a shared lounge as well as a terrace, Backpackers & Travelers Central old town is set in the centre of Ioannina, 200 metres from Castle of Ioannina. Very cool hostel, nice cozy rooms, heated for the winter days. Nice and clean toilets and showers. Perfect location, close to the main street with bars and restaurants, very close to the lake and the castle. The best part was hanging out with Costas the owner, very knowledgeable about this area of Greece with helpful advice. If you're lucky you'll have a chance to have a beer with him after 11 at a cool bar close by 🫡 oh and the hostel cat is beautiful.

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of mountain, Starry Land is set in Vitsa, 400 metres from Settlement of Molossos. The room is located in a group of old stone houses that are being renovated by an association. Everything is renovated with taste and respect for the original architecture, materials and style. We had access to a pleasant living room and the house's kitchen. The host was very kind.
