They welcome guests in a friendly way and have good recommendations, they also don’t charge as much as other hotels for tours. The room is very clean, the AC is strong, the showers are warm and the bed is soft and plush. There’s also a breathtaking view of the lake from the balcony. The meals are also delicious and priced on par with other restaurants in the area, if not a bit cheaper (this was very much appreciated).

The breakfast included was awesome! Various choices and delicious flavor. Shower is hot and ac works well.

Airline screwed up my flight, but the staff was soooo awesome. They went above and beyond to help me get it sorted, even driving me around and talking to airline and bus employees since my Spanish isn't very good. The place is also really cool, and in a great location.
