After traveling solo through 15 countries, I can confidently say this is my favorite hostel so far! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. As a family-run place, the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I had the chance to chat with them, and they were genuinely wonderful people who went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and within short walking distance of all the main sights. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The hostel also provided coffee, water, juice, and fresh fruit for guests, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. If I’m ever in Zagreb again, I’ll definitely stay with you again! ❤️

It's clean good organized hostel with everything you need for comfortable stay.

Das Main Square Hostel befindet sich im Zentrum von Zagreb, nur 20 m vom Ban-Jelačić-Platz entfernt. Ich habe kürzlich in einem 6-Bett-Schlafsaal in diesem Hostel übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Schlafsaal war sauber und gut organisiert. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind mir die frische, saubere Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle – das war wirklich angenehm und bequem! Es ist selten, dass man in einem Hostel so viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort legt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der Raum war ein wenig stickig, was es nachts manchmal etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Ein Fenster, das man weiter öffnen kann, oder eine bessere Belüftung wären hier vielleicht hilfreich. Aber das war wirklich der einzige Nachteil. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Rezeptionistin Paula, die einen herausragenden Job gemacht hat. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Fragen. Ihre freundliche Art hat den Aufenthalt definitiv bereichert und mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Paula ist ein echtes Asset für dieses Hostel! Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt, und ich würde dieses Hostel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – besonders für alle, die einen sauberen, freundlichen Ort suchen. Ich komme definitiv wieder, und hoffe, Paula ist wieder da!

They prepared essentials(towel, shampoo) as well. The staffs were really friendly and kind. They answered my question really well.

Im Zentrum von Zagreb, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Ban Josip Jelačić-Platz entfernt, heißt Sie unser Partyhostel willkommen. Firstly, thanks to a delayed train, I arrived at the hostel at a very odd hour. I messaged them about this and they were super understanding and allowed me to check in when I arrived. I also happened to lose my phone the very same night as I was to check in. I was super panicked because I was alone but the hostel staff very calmly helped me recover my phone immediately. This is also one of the few hostels that offers free breakfast for all guests (they had vegan options too, so that was great!)

Just 300 metres from the Main Square, the newly built Chillout Hostel is set in the heart of Zagreb. It features a restaurant and a bar, free Wi-Fi, and free use of a modern shared kitchen. Everything was great even the music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Super Lage ,Zimmer sind ganz schön eingerichtet,wie in einem 4 oder sogar 5 Sternen Hotel.Grosse Fernsehen mit hunderten Programmen.Strassenbahn gleich um die Ecke,viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis spät am Abend.Einfach fantastisch.Einzige Problem Hostel ist immer ausgebucht und ich habe nur per Zufall eine Nacht bekommen.
