Paddyview is sooo good!!! realllly clean bathrooms, and the kitchen has everything you need. We joined the shuttle to Bali after the stay — super smooth. Staff were sweet and even helped us grab snacks before leaving :)

We found this hostel by chance after reading a great review about their Malang branch. No regrets at all! Everything was tidy and neat, the kitchen was clean and well-stocked, and the area is super peaceful. We even had dinner and laughed for hours with some of the guests and Ara. The shuttle to Bali they helped us arrange was super helpful!

The staff is so nice ! We forgot part of our luggage and the staff was able to make a shipping arrangement for us and got our things mailed to another hotel further on our trip! Amazing ! The laundry service is also very nice to have at your doorstep.

ZEN MOON Hostel in Yogyakarta provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a bar. This guesthouse is amazing! The owner is very friendly. We could wash our clothes in the guesthouse (for free). It's located near some nice antique stores and cafes. The place is quiet and well kept.

Ranasa Yogyakarta features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Timuran. Beautiful and peaceful, centrally located. Rented scooter for 80,000/hour which is cheaper than most places in town. This hostel should be more full, but I was lucky enough to have the room to myself many nights. The pool is warm. They worked out vegan breakfast special for me which was very nice.

Nothing to say but perfect, Muk is one of the nicest people in the world. The place is cozy, you can really feel like at home, we loved it there. Would recommend everyone to go there for their stay in Yogyakarta! Also big +1 for Aban, the cutest pumpkin cat 🐱

Snooze Malang in Malang provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The accommodation was great! The room and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone at the reception was very kind, and we even got iced tea as a welcome drink. When I communicated with the hostel beforehand, they recommended companies that arrange transport from the airport to Malang, and I’m very thankful for that.
