We had the best time with the Wau family! Such amazing people and great hospitality - always had great chats with Frank and Titus. The location is as good as it gets with a view of the spot and a minute walk from the keyhole. Our room had everything we needed. We would come back for sure!

Amazing vibes and super chill environment. The owner and all of the staff are incredible and super fun people to hang with. You go to this place as a stranger but even after a couple days you become like family. I wish I could have stayed longer. 30 min drive to Saroke but no problem because it was easy to rent scooters from salty dog. Best place ever!!

Very conveniently located, safe, comfortable cool capsules, and good bathrooms with hot water! (not very common while backpacking in Sumatra). Very pleased with my stay!

The staff is amazing and everything is really calm and clean. The airport is very close and the shuttle is cheap, which is perfect.

I have to say, from the outside, it's not the best by look but honestly the warm energy you receive from the owner makes you turn a blind eye on everything around and also it's actually a meeting point for soo many backpackers either arriving in Melan or just leaving!

يقع مكان إقامة "Medan Dazhong Backpacker's Hostel" في ميدان. يبعد مكان الإقامة تقريباً مسافة 2.9 كم عن قصر Maimun، و3.2 كم عن مسجد ميدان الكبير، و1.7 كم عن Pajak Ikan Medan. The owner is so kind and helpful! He helped me with recieving a package in Indonesia what was so important for me. He gives some good tips for the city and for first steps in Indonesia. The place has nice common space so it's easy to socialise with other travellers and go out with them for food, sightseeing etc.

يقع مكان إقامة "Pondok Wisata Istana XI" في ميدان، ضمن 400 م من مسجد ميدان الكبير و3.3 كم من محطة قطار Medan. يتميز مكان الإقامة بأنه مخصص لغير المدخنين، وهو يقع على بُعد 500 م من قصر Maimun. First very disapointed because the booked superior room was very dirty and had a very bad smell inside. Bought an upgrade to VIP room, it was much better and my stay was fine. Bed was big and comfy, facilities to make tea/coffee in room. A/C worked fine. Alfa Mart near to hotel.
