Las habitaciones compartidas permiten conocer a otros viajeros con calma y buen ambiente, y muchos surfistas eligen quedarse aquí durante varios días, alquilando motos con soporte para tablas en el pueblo de Alau, a un paso de aquí. RedDoorz Hostel @ Capsule Inn Medan está ubicado en Medan, a 1,8 km de Estación de tren de Medan y a 4 km de Palacio de Maimun. Located in Little India. Many eateries and bakeries nearby. Mini-marts and two shopping malls a few minutes away. Staff friendly and efficient. Check in and out was a breeze. Thin blanket, towels and drinking water were given upon checking in. Instructions were clearly given. There is a separate locker for shoes located outside the capsule room and a bigger locker for luggages in the capsule room. Anyone with huge backpack or luggage will really have difficulty fitting into the luggage locker. There is no elevator and female room is on the second level and male is on the third. Capsule is of decent size and comfortable. There is a key card to access the pod and also to turn on the lights just like a hotel room. Adequate lightings in the pod and comes with 2 USB slow charging port. No power point in the pod. Power point is located in the common area. Air con is strong. No complains regarding wifi connection. There is even a TV if ever it is working. Overall, very quiet and peaceful. Shared bathroom has 2 shower stalls and 2 toilets. Probable will be insufficient should the property be full house.
