The place is really nice and there is a kitchen on the rooftop which is a real must. We felt very good in our room which was very clean, well decorated and spacious. Every morning, we had hot water and biscuits on the table in front of our door. Finally, the location is exactly what we needed : near cafes and restaurants, perfect after a long day of visits. I recommend !

Ranasa Yogyakarta features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Yogyakarta. I was really pleased with the dorms at ranasa. It is a smaller hostel but has all the facilities of a larger one, including a pool which was bliss in the evening to chill and read a book. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I met some nice people staying to get a beer with. People were quiet at night. Aircon in the dorm was great. Breakfast was delicious. Very good value for money.

Can't get enough to see this lovely small place, beautiful surroundings by the greeneries and local life. Plants decorations are best. You'll feel like in your own home. Tiny gazebo was great idea to chill and relax after your full day trip. Hammock at the front was the cutest. You'll not find this anywhere else. The staff were great by explaining anything at this hostel. Coffee amenities are free, great idea for those who love to have a coffee in the morning time. Was great service in a budget hostel. Cool place!

Set in Timuran, 1.9 km from Sultan's Palace, KOTTA Hostel offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I booked this place to stay briefly while waiting for an overnight train. However, the facilities were much cleaner and newer than I expected. It was the cleanest hostel I've stayed at in Indonesia. The host was also friendly and pleasant. Next time, I'll just stay overnight.

I’ve been staying at Abrakadabra for a week and am planning to stay more. As a female solo traveler, I’ve felt like it’s my own place, having privacy and security. The host is very kind and speaks good English. He served good breakfast at the requested time and helped me book affordable tours in Jogja. The place is cozy, clean, and very close to the city center with lots of good restaurants and places to visit around. There’s a beautiful rooftop surrounded by plants which is great for having a coffee and chilling out. I could also use the kitchen to cook for myself. If you’re lucky, you’ll encounter other guests to hang out with :)
