Please be advised that all guests must present a valid physical ID or passport upon check-in. Without this, guests will not be able to stay in the hostel. The bed was clean, and the room had enough storage space for my backpack.The breakfast was ok too. Even though I was close to the bar, I didn't hear any noise.

Ashfield Hostel is the most centrally located hostel in Dublin - between Trinity College and O'Connell Bridge and one minutes' walk from Temple Bar, Grafton Street and attractions. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes away from Temple Bar. The downside is that there is going to be noise outside until quite late, but that's the expected trade-off. The beds are extremely comfortable, with surprisingly nice duvets for a warm and pleasant night's sleep. Pillows are kinda bad, but I found that to be the case even for much more expensive accommodations so I wouldn't dock points because of it. Each bed comes with its own convenient overhead shelf / light / power unit, including USB ports. Cleanliness was on point.
