I Varkala, 13 minutters gange fra Odayam-stranden, ligger Kulture KonnectT Kurakanni, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, et privat strandområde og en terrasse. I stayed there for a week and it was lovely. The place is really clean, the rooms are nice and the common areas are great. They really care about their guests and it was a good place to stay, close to the cliff but not in the middle of the Varkala tourists chaos. Thank you all so much for everything!!!

Highly recommend - the building itself is very beautiful but the dorm is very comfortable, clean, spacious and the host is super helpful. Lots of nice hangout areas to relax and read your book. Easy walking distance to the restaurants / cafes and the beach. We wished we stayed longer!

Crossroads Hostel truly feels more like a home than a hostel. The owners are incredibly kind and genuinely go above and beyond - their warmth, generosity, and openness create a special atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There's a strong community vibe, making it the perfect place for solo travelers. The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, with plenty of scenic spots just a short walk away, and it feels completely safe to wander around and explore. The food is delicious. And of course, Trancy - the sweetest dog and the true heart of the hostel - will happily join you on your walks or curl up for cuddles. All in all, if you’re looking for a stay in Wayanad, don’t bother looking anywhere else :)

I Munnar, bare 14 kilometer fra Munnar temuseum og 23 kilometer fra Mattupetty Dam ligger 3R Residency Anachal Munnar. Stayed at the property for two nights, located at the top of the small hill surrounded by greenery, the host was helpful and welcoming, no sound pollution around the property... Room was enough spacious clean and view from window is too scenic... If some one would like to stay in around nature, this place is perfect for budget traveller...

Design Ashram ligger i Kozhikode, 5 minutters gange fra Kozhikode-stranden, og har en hage og utsikt over hagen. The property felt was very community focused and it had a really friendly atmosphere. The courtyard is beautiful and you feel away from the city! It would be easy to have a relaxing, work trip here, but as a solo traveller I was also easily able to make friends and have a fun night. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Stayed here on my last night of my amazing Kerala holiday as it was close to the airport. Arrived by train when it was getting dark so by the time I got a Tuk Tuk driver that spoke English and had a rough idea where the Homestay was I was fairly stressed by the time I finally arrived. But the owner was so calm and helpful I quickly calmed down. He showed me where the kettle was. Told me where a nearby chemist was and even order my takeout dinner on his app and just added it onto my room bill as I had no cash at the time.

I stayed at Hostyard for three nights and truly enjoyed the hospitality. Each and every staff member was kind and supportive. The team made sure to arrange whatever was needed whenever possible. The food was good, and the limited options actually made it simpler and more pleasant. The location is in very scenic spot and the best spot to enjoy the hostel is from the backyard

RoamEo Hostels By The Hostel Stories - Varkala ligger i Varkala, med Varkala-stranden bare 8 minutters gange unna. Clean, good decor, great for remote working. The host Chesta is really accommodating and plans fun evenings and nights! Location is 10 minutes walk from the cliffe but in a quiet area. Would definitely recommend!
