I Alleppey, under 1 kilometer fra Alleppey-stranden, ligger Dutch Square Hostel, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. I felt very safe as a female solo traveller. Property looks exactly like on photos! It‘s big and lofty. The female dorm was very clean, had AC, towels, a huge mirror and windows are covered in mosquito nets. There’s a cool chilling area outside to socialise with other guests or to just read. The staff is lovely and provided tea and even prepared a savoury rice porridge for us guests to try. When the tuktuk driver didn‘t have change, staff paid for some of the fare to get me to the station for me to catch my train. I will never forget their hospitality!!!

I Munnar, bare 14 kilometer fra Munnar temuseum og 23 kilometer fra Mattupetty Dam ligger 3R Residency Anachal Munnar. Det var veldig rent for indisk standard, veldig rolig/stille og vakker utsikt fra balkongen.

Hostyard Plantation Hostel ligger i Suryanelli og har en hage. Overnattingsstedet tilbyr gratis privat parkering og gratis WiFi. I stayed at Hostyard for three nights and truly enjoyed the hospitality. Each and every staff member was kind and supportive. The team made sure to arrange whatever was needed whenever possible. The food was good, and the limited options actually made it simpler and more pleasant. The location is in very scenic spot and the best spot to enjoy the hostel is from the backyard

Nice common room and comfortable bed. Very helpful staff who pointed out the occasional theatre show in town which I was very happy to attend. Hopefully I can come back soon!
