I loved this place. The owner / manager of the hotel is just awesome, a really nice person. He picked me up at the railway station for free and invited me for tea one afternoon. He even upgraded my room for no obvious reason. Room was great. Such a cool experience trying to sleep inside the fort.

The owner, Vaishali, is an extremely welcoming and friendly person who helped us every time and made us feel as comfortable as possible. The room was amazing, and the hostel itself is perfectly located in the heart of Udaipur. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. The WiFi worked great, and the rooftop had a stunning view!

Such a great stay at Madpackers! We had a private room with good AC and hot water; and slept well in comfy beds not disturbed by sound of street! The rooftop is a great hangout spot to play cards, meet new people, drink beers and on sundays watch the kites flying above the city! Great view and super friendly staff who also put on some fun evening activities!
