Located in Udaipur, 500 metres from Jagdish temple, Turtle Hostel Udaipur- 10 mtr from Lake provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The hostel is in a perfect location and has a great view from the rooftop terrace. The dorms were quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having curtains on the bed, something not a lot of hostels offer in India. This was a very social hostel and a great place to connect with other travelers. The managers Vikash and Tej were super friendly, helpful and took great care of us. I'm really glad I stayed here and I recommend this hostel.

The location was great, inside the fort, close to the airport, bus stop and train station. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful.. the rooms had great city views. The rooftop cafe was cute and cozy with a great view.. and the food was amazing as well. And i booked the desert safari through them, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They didn't overcharge. We did camel and jeep safari, camping and slept under the stars. The people were great. Made new friends at the hostel... Overall it was a great experience. And i absolutely recommend this to everyone.

In my opinion, the best hostel I had in my three weeks of traveling in India. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. If you're looking for a challenge at table football, you have to play against Bunny. He's really good. Thanks for the wonderful three days

The family who runs the guest house is incredibly kind and welcoming and made us feel at home. There’s a small café on site and the food was delicious every time. The room was very clean, the location was great, and it felt very safe — especially traveling with kids. It was comfortable and relaxing after busy travel days.

Such a great stay at Madpackers! We had a private room with good AC and hot water; and slept well in comfy beds not disturbed by sound of street! The rooftop is a great hangout spot to play cards, meet new people, drink beers and on sundays watch the kites flying above the city! Great view and super friendly staff who also put on some fun evening activities!
