This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Beautifully placed family farm. Bery nice personnel. We were offered free upgrade of our room to the large comfortable apartment. Everything was perfect.

Húsey Hostel & Horsefarm features accommodation 55 km from Egilsstadir. The hostel has family rooms. At the hostel the rooms include a shared bathroom with a shower. Amazing secluded location. Best views and best host. Must do the horse riding, the horses were lovely and the host took great care of us. I wish I was staying here for longer.

Located in Seydisfjördur village, this hostel offers a rooms with a seating area, fjord views and free Wi-Fi. Seydisfjördur Swimming Pool is just 30 metres away. Parking is free at the hotel. it was nice and clean, easy check-in and checkout with their honor system since we arrived super late and I was very nervous about making sure we were able to checkchecking, but it was super easy and fast with their booling message and their log in book. there was also a very nice communal area with a full kitchen and boxes for the tenants. There was even a laundry area and Sauna which we didn't use but definitely can see the usefulness if we had stayed more than one night.
