The customer experience that I had was exceptional. The personnel were very helpful with my early check-in and my other requests. The check-in process was very smooth and everything was good. The location was very good, close both to Bologna centre and main train station. The room and bathroom were clean and I would say it was a very good deal overall.

I thought the hostel was lovely, clean, and had a cool vibe. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hang out area was spacious and allowed for groups of people to hang out together or solo travellers to work and/or relax. The bar was always open, as was the reception. Great location!

The location is unbelievable, you are a 2 minute walk from tons of the major attractions in old town. It was so clean, the room, the bathroom, and the kitchen were all really well maintained. Your just feel safe here, don’t doubts about that! Then you have so much thing close, it’s a good place to stay
