Set within 29 km of Carrara Convention Center and 35 km of Mare Monti Shopping centre, Costello features rooms in La Spezia. It was one of the best hostel I have stayed at. It was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and the facilities were great. There are many coffee shops and restaurants near by as well as the train station to go Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Set in La Spezia and within less than 1 km of Castello San Giorgio, 5 Terre Backpackers City has a shared lounge, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Francesco was extremely helpful and attentive. I had a great stay, located right next to the train station for exploring Cinque Terre

Grand Hostel Manin is located in La Spezia, a 15-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 300 metres from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Location - close to food,bars, shops and bus stops. Train station is a 15-20 walk. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave good advice on where to visit (Lerici and Tellaro). Aperitivo daily - red or white. Group dinners. They recycle.

Rifugio Casa Ressia is set in Sassello, 46 km from Baia dei Saraceni, and features a garden and a restaurant. The hostel has family rooms.

Located in Genova, 1.9 km from Punta Vagno Beach, Marathon Hostel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds with privacy curtains, multiple amenities including a restaurant and bar with live music. Easy to get everywhere from the location. Loved it!

Ostello Tramonti has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Biassa. Staying in this hostel has been an absolute delight. I met such wonderful and lovely people and was surrounded by such a beautiful area. The view from the common room is absolutely stunning and cinque terre and Porto Venere are very easy to reach from here. Gloria, lady at the tobacco shop near by is so sweet and helpful, make sure to ask her for any help. I would definitely come back!

Ideally located in the Genoa Historical Centre district of Genova, Manena Hostel Genova is set less than 1 km from University of Genoa, a 7-minute walk from Aquarium of Genoa and 7 km from Port of... The atmosphere was like home because it's an old building with high ceilings and big, wide doors. It felt like I was back home in Ukraine. It was great that breakfast was included in the price. There were always drinks, juices, and milk available to keep in the fridge. The bathroom was clean. There was a large desk in a quiet room, where I even managed to work for half a day. It was wonderful.
