I had a wonderful stay here in Costello.

Grand Hostel Manin is located in La Spezia, a 15-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 300 metres from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. This hostel was one of the best I've ever stayed in! The facilities were clean, the kitchen was perfect with free breakfast stuff provided. Really friendly staff who went out of their way to help you and give many suggestions. Lots of friendly people and a big family vibe, with group dinners and group activities planned. The air-conditioning was good and the location was perfect, close to Cinque Terre, Lerici and other beaches. Also across the road from a nice garden and lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

I liked that there’s one shower/toilet for each room, even though they could be used by other people because the lock was not working properly. Also, the bar in the first floor is super nice.

The town of Biassa is charming and close to both La Spezia and hikes of the Cinque Terre. I was there in the offseason so it was very quiet, but the other travelers there were very nice fellow hikers!
