Also five min walk to the bridge, where you can see the most beautiful fall color on the hill(mountain). Two rest rooms on the second floor and one shower room each on the first floor and second floor. Overall, we are very satisfied. Highly recommend, will stay here again next year.

Det moderne Glocal Nagoya Backpackers Hostel åbnede i juni 2015 og ligger blot 7 minutters gang fra JR Nagoya Station. Gæsterne kan nyde drikkevarer i vandrehjemmets bar eller cafe. Everything in the hostel is reflecting the owner‘s care and kindness. The room and toilets are super clean, the bed is super cozy, the facilities are super useful.

The EKAI ligger i Toyohashi, 49 km fra Toyota Stadion, og har gratis cykler, et fælles opholdsområde og gratis privat parkering. The Ekai is a winner. The facility is very new and clean. It is centrally located close to the Toyohashi train station, restaurants, and a large grocery store. Mr. Watanabe, the owner, is super friendly, speaks English, and often is in the common area in the evening conversing with guests. Plenty of hot water in the showers, on site laundry facilities, bikes to ride for exploring the city are other plusses. Did I mention the well stocked kitchen, and new induction range, perfect for those who like to cook? I cooked my own omelettes each of the four days I was there. Besides the grocery store nearby, there are plenty of convenience stores with other things to cook or put in the microwave. I will stay here again if I am again in Toyohashi.

The people, location, and staff could not have been better. I met so many different people from so many different countries who were all so kind and an absolute joy to interact with. The owner was incredibly kind and eager to assist with anything, and I could not be more satisfied with my choice.

En lidt usædvanlig lille kro i en downtown shoppinggade nær Nagoya Station. Åbnede i april 2015. Jeg kunne virkelig godt lide placeringen mellem Nagoya Castle og stationen. Det tog måske et kvarters tid at gå til hver af dem, så det synes jeg var meget passende. Personalet var også rart og imødekommende, og det var let at snakke med folk, hvis man bare opholder sig i fællesstuen :)
