I have read the reviews before booking this property and everyone said the owner was super welcome and friendly. And it was true! I felt at home during my stay at Glocal. Even though I didn't spend much time at the property, I got everything I needed here. The facilities and the amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay at Glocal again when I visit Nagoya next time. Thank you, Icchan and team!

My stay was incredible. This hostel is now one of my favorites that I’ve tried in Japan. The facilities are very clean, beautiful, and modern. The decoration is carefully chosen, and the bed is extremely comfortable; even the bath towels smell wonderfully fresh. It’s also extremely rare to find showers so well equipped, with both quality hygiene products and a real walk-in shower. It was my first time seeing this in Japan, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hostel manager is very welcoming and accommodating, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hostel ,you can really feel the effort and attention put into making every stay as comfortable as possible. If I have time at the end of my trip, I’ll definitely come back! Thank you again.

Dieses Hostel – günstig gelegen im Bezirk Naka-ku – befindet sich 1,8 km von Oasis 21, 3 km von Bahnhof Nagoya und 3,9 km von Aeon Mall Atsuta entfernt. I booked solely because of the low price not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by how clean and we'll located it is. The staff and some of the other guests were super nice. Would definitely recommend.

Ein etwas ungewöhnlicher kleiner Gasthof in einer Einkaufsstraße in der Innenstadt nahe dem Bahnhof Nagoya. Eröffnet im April 2015. I stayed for the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix weekend. I was travelling alone and the staff were very nice upon check in. Capsule dorm was clean and shower room was great. Hair dryer and straighters/curlers were available which was great for a backpacker like myself! Took about 15 minutes for me to walk to Nagoya train station. There’s a family mart 2/3 minute walk away too. Not loud at night in the area so I got a great night sleep every time. 10/10 would recommend

The staff were exceedingly friendly, all of them went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room wear provided is a nice touch and the tied floor lounge was a great place to relax. I will definitely be back!

Günstig gelegen im Zentrum von Nagoya, bietet die Unterkunft Sakae Guesthouse klimatisierte Zimmer, eine Terrasse und eine Bar. Super netter Manager und eine soziale Atmosphäre im Hostel. Die Einrichtung im Ninja-Stil war richtig klasse, vorallem die Tatami-Matten. Super Lage mit einer Metro-Station quasi vor der Tür und Shoppingstraßen in Laufweite, da das Hostel sehr zentral gelegen ist. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner konnten kostenlos benutzt werden, großes Plus! Im Treppenhaus gab es eine Reihe an Mangas zur Auswahl die man lesen konnte. Alles in allem ein klasse Hostel!

Really great experience staying here! No shoes are allowed inside, and the hostel is very clean. The mixed dorm room beds have lots of extra room beside the mattress which was much appreciated and very convenient. It feels like an old house inside, with beautiful hardwood floors. Fantastic common area with comfy seating and a well equipped kitchen. I met a few people here, and I was only here for 3 nights in August, so I think this is perfect for solo travellers in Nagoya. The bar below the hostel (ran by the owner of the who is very kind and speaks English) opens after 8pm, seems like a local hangout. I highly recommend yoruyonaka guesthouse to anyone staying in Nagoya. This has been my favourite hostel to stay in Japan!
