Em Asuke-chō, 8 minutos a pé de Vale de Koran, 小鳩屋 fornece quartos com ar condicionado e bicicletas gratuitas. The hotel was well designed and thoughtfully furnished. We enjoyed the breakfast the owner was friendly. Location was ideal for local hiking and sightseeing. The town is very beautiful and peaceful!

O Glocal Nagoya Backpackers Hostel, inaugurado em Junho de 2015, disponibiliza acomodações modernas, apenas a 7 minutos a pé da Estação JR de Nagoya. O hostel é relativamente grande, ocupando um pequeno prédio (sem elevador). O segundo andar tem os quartos exclusivamente femininos, o terceiro os quartos mistos e as áreas de uso comum. O local é todo muito espaçoso, cabendo inclusive malas grandes (com o problema de você ter que levá-las escada acima). Há pequenos armários com chave nos quartos para objetos de valor. Os corredores e o lugar de tomar banho ficam bem frios no inverno, mas o aquecimento dos quartos e da cozinha é muito bom. O quarto era silencioso e confortável. O dono tem também um bar/restaurante no térreo e é, além de muito simpático, extremamente prestativo.

The EKAI situa-se em Toyohashi, a 49 km de Estádio de Toyota, e dispõe de acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito e um salão partilhado. The Ekai is a winner. The facility is very new and clean. It is centrally located close to the Toyohashi train station, restaurants, and a large grocery store. Mr. Watanabe, the owner, is super friendly, speaks English, and often is in the common area in the evening conversing with guests. Plenty of hot water in the showers, on site laundry facilities, bikes to ride for exploring the city are other plusses. Did I mention the well stocked kitchen, and new induction range, perfect for those who like to cook? I cooked my own omelettes each of the four days I was there. Besides the grocery store nearby, there are plenty of convenience stores with other things to cook or put in the microwave. I will stay here again if I am again in Toyohashi.

During my recent trip to Japan, staying at Usatsuno Osu was by far the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless — my room was even ready well ahead of schedule, allowing me to check in early, which was such a relief after a long journey. The heart and soul of the hostel are the owner Kiyo and his wife, who are truly the friendliest and most helpful hosts I encountered on my entire trip. When I faced a difficult situation and needed to file a police report but couldn’t speak the language, Kiyo went out of his way to assist me, which meant the world to me. The bathroom facilities blew me away — they provide cleanser, toner, and even q-tips! Plus, the showers were stocked with a fantastic range of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, making it feel like a boutique hotel experience. What also stood out was the thoughtful touch of a comprehensive PDF guide they provide, packed with food recommendations, activities, and must-visit places, which made planning my days so easy and enjoyable. The hostel’s location is ideal — just a short walk to many attractions, with convenient public transport options nearby to explore further afield. I wholeheartedly recommend Usatsuno Osu to anyone visiting the area. The warmth and care I received truly made my stay unforgettable.

The accomodation had a really good vibe, very social, the futons were super comfortable and the place had excellent facilities. About a 10min walk from the train line and right next to a major shopping area

A slightly unusual small inn in a downtown shopping street near Nagoya Station. Opened in April 2015. Me senti em casa, o restaurante e café são excelentes e a rua coberta é linda. Colchão Macio, localização muito boa, os funcionários são bem queridos.
