It's definitely one of the best experience we had in Japan! Staff was amazing, super friendly, spoke english very well. The common area was great to hangout at, and the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There's washer and dryer if you need to wash your clothes. The rooftop was great, we went up there twice a day. The room is nice and clean, everything works perfectly.
