Amazing and helpful staff, very responsive and engaged. We had a room with beautiful, big window and stunning view of the river. The room was spacious, which is not common in Japan. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small and can could get crowded, but it is not a big deal. We did not have much „in person” contact with the personel, they might seem a bit invisible and absent from the facility, but that is just an impression. Trust us- we had an emergency situation and they helped us to solve it despite the fact it was quite late and it was not their responsibility and fault at all.

Wonderful experience to stay in a guesthouse in Japan. We stayed in 3 ryokans before, and this experience was the most "raw" and "genuine". We strongly recommend staying here! The girl at the reception was very welcoming and she spoke english really well, so there was no communication barier. The property is located just next to the boat stop.

I arrived a day of the Hiroshima carp Game so the mood was great ! Big hostel with a beautiful rooftop and comfy little wooden bed. The people at the reception were so nice, I love Hiroshima. One of my favorite city in Japan for the kindness of the people 🌸
