They went above and beyond to assist me when I had a bus problem heading to Shirakawa-go, ensuring I had all the necessary information and support. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Kanazawa Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The beds are comfortable, the facilities are clean, and the rates are very affordable.
