Yu at reception was really helpful and had a lot of information and tips for the area. Very friendly staff in general as well. Food, both dinner and breakfast were great, so was the welcome drink. Nice room, with a great bed and pillows. Good and clean shower facilities as well. At a walking distance from the station in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and helped us with the luggage and onsen customs. The bathrooms were clean and a lot of them, so we didn't have to wait for others to shower. There is also small kitchen with a fridge.

I stayed here near new year’s eve until the new year. The place is not far from Yugawara station and kombinis. The place felt homey; I really liked the mattress and blanket, so comfy I always woke up late. I didn’t talk much with the staff, I wish I could but language barrier sucked. However, from the little interaction I had, you can tell he was sympa and actually wanted to interact and talk more with the guests. He offered me NYE soba which was very very nice.

We loved our stay at "Have a Nice Day" and would recommend it to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and its presented with so much love and care. The location is great and does not really come out on the photos. You are literally opposite Odawara Castle and in the middle of the town. A little gem and one of the best places we stayed during our tour.

Open in April 2017, IZA Enoshima Guest House is located just a 3-minute walk from Enoshima Station and a 5-minute stroll from Katase-Enoshima Station. We loved our stay at IZA Enoshima, friendly staff and very comfortable and well located to trains and great restaurants nearby
