RoheN HAKONEYUMOTO in Hakone provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Lovely place, cozy and familiar vibe. Great breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Got there during really bad weather and there were lots of umbrellas to lend, helpful detail.

HakoneHOSTEL1914 is located in Hakone, 6 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Train and bus services are available. All rooms are air conditioned. Shared bathroom. the common area, the rooms and staff were all wonderful.

Onsen Hostel K's House Hakone sijaitsee 15 minuutin kävelymatkan tai 4 minuutin bussimatkan päässä Hakone Yumoto -asemalta. Nice stuff and nice view from the sharing living room! The kitchen is wonderful because you can cook the food you like! The Onsen is nice too!

Boasting a garden, Japanese Traditional Inn Kamakura Rakuan is set in Kamakura in the Kanagawa region, 200 metres from Yuigahama Beach and 3.4 km from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Our host was an excellent communicator - friendly, welcoming, and responsive when we sought guidance or support - he went out of his way on two occasions to assist in events where we were under time pressure - nothing seemed to be a problem. Very graciois 🙏

Situated in Yugawara and with Hakone-Yumoto Station reachable within 20 km, GROUNDWORK Guesthouse & Lounge features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. I stayed here near new year’s eve until the new year. The place is not far from Yugawara station and kombinis. The place felt homey; I really liked the mattress and blanket, so comfy I always woke up late. I didn’t talk much with the staff, I wish I could but language barrier sucked. However, from the little interaction I had, you can tell he was sympa and actually wanted to interact and talk more with the guests. He offered me NYE soba which was very very nice.

We loved our stay at "Have a Nice Day" and would recommend it to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and its presented with so much love and care. The location is great and does not really come out on the photos. You are literally opposite Odawara Castle and in the middle of the town. A little gem and one of the best places we stayed during our tour.

Open in April 2017, IZA Enoshima Guest House is located just a 3-minute walk from Enoshima Station and a 5-minute stroll from Katase-Enoshima Station. Clean, comfortable, location is very ideal!

Plumhostel is set in Odawara, 1.4 km from Miyukinohama Beach and 6.7 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Very kind host who waited for us even though we were arriving late at night

Featuring a bar, Guest House Kamejikan -turtle time- is set in Kamakura in the Kanagawa region, 400 metres from Zaimokuza Beach and 2.5 km from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Incredibly friendly staff. Nice and quiet location. Close to the beach. We loved sleeping in this traditional Japanese way. Would recommend and would go again!
