It’s the type of space that makes you ‘wow’, and the type of hotel that you want to keep to yourself.

Aso Base Backpackers ligger i Aso, 33 km fra Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto og 42 km fra Kumamoto-borgen. Amazing hostel!!! One of the best ones I’ve ever stayed in. Super well equipped kitchen (even spices etc for cooking), very good working desk in the lounge, clean, spacious, quiet. 10/10 😍

The place is very beautiful, very clean, and SO well decorated that it really makes you feel that you're indeed in Japan. You have a couple of restaurants and a Lawson just four blocks away. The lady that runs the place is one of the nicest persons ever and she will go far and beyond to help you in whatever you need. She even got me a nice small surprise present before leaving as a souvenir!

Hotel The Gate Kumamoto ligger i Kumamoto, 3,1 km fra Hosokawa Residence Gyobutei og 3,3 km fra Kumamoto-borgen, og har en bar. Dette vandrehjem har 3 stjerner. Great location, staff spoke enough English that checking in was very easy, facilities were super clean. Each bed comes with a locker big enough to fit a carry-on suitcase and a backpack. Quick and easy access from Kumamoto Station.

HIKE ligger i Tamana, 20 km fra Hirayama Onsen. Her er et fælles opholdsområde og enheder med aircondition. Overnatningsstedet ligger ca. Staying at this rebuilt hospital was a highlight of our journey. The atmosphere, materials, and lighting is very beautiful. We got very warmly welcomed and it was a pleasure to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the main floor restaurant. We definitely recommend it to spend some calm relaxing days! They also provide bicycles to discover the beautiful nature around or drive to a nearby onsen place or to the sea.
