A great hostel environment. Very clean and wonderful host. Would have liked to stay longer to explore the area more. Highly recommend for young adventureous travelers who want to experience the area.

Gorgeous historic building with a modern Japanese style, our private room was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, large bed was so comfortable, quiet and such a lovely space to relax in. The common areas were lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. Great location in the town centre and so close to the train station and parking. The staff and owners are truly what makes this stay a 10/10! The warmest greetings, kind and friendly local tips and knowledge. Special thanks to staff for such a wonderful experience staying in Taketa. Special mention to Shun for his amazing hospitality and our new friend Takumi for sharing his cooking tips with us.

Nastanitev Yufuin Country Road Youth Hostel na dobri lokaciji v okrožju Yufuin Onsen (Yufu) se nahaja 49 km od znamenitosti stadion Showa Denko Dome Oita, 2 km od znamenitosti jezero Kinrinko in 27 km... Absolutely love this place and people!! Ryo and Tomo are top notch host with attention to details, professionalism and with full of positive energy. Place is impeccably clean, cozy and warm with super cool onsen. I've had two wonderful meals and enjoyed every bite of it. Also have enjoyed the after dinner 2000 hr walking under the star lights. I really liked the couple that run the place. They keep it so clean and the community room is very user-friendly. It was comfortable as a solo female traveler. It’s a great location, easy to walk to the airport, grocery store, and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
