The owner is extremely kind, warm and helpful. He picked us up from the train station. He also advised us in what to do near by and reserved for us in a place to dinner. Had an amazing time with an amazing view

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Somewhat near the Kawaguchiko station. It’s about 15 mins walk from the station. It was kind of tough walking with a luggage but the views certainly made up for it. The room was clean, the bathrooms were clean and equipped with basic necessities, and the pantry/kitchen was clean. Overall I definitely enjoyed my stay here!

The family room we got was very spacious. The futon was very soft and comfortable. The toilet, bathroom and the kitchen were all clean. The person who assisted at the check-in was super nice.
