Check in był elastyczny, nie mieliśmy z tym problemów. Pokój, a właściwie wydzielona strefa bardzo fajna, zapewnia prywatność, chociaż nie ma żadnego wygłuszenia. Łóżka mega wygodne.

My party of 5 total stayed only one night when hiking the Magome to Nagiso section of the Nakasendo. Proximity to train station and Nakasendo trail was the original selling point, but we fell in love with the place as soon as our host toured us around. It feels like staying at an artsy bed and breakfast, except you provide the breakfast and you get the entire place to yourself. There's small, delightful touches of personality and hospitality every where you look. We did not want for anything. Our sweet host met us at the front door to enter data from our passports and then gave us a walk through of the building. Two toilets and two showers was perfect for a group of 5. Fridge and other kitchen appliances work great. We listened to the CD disc player on the wall while reading the books and it was a lovely experience.The futons were placed very thoughtfully according to our parties needs. In addition to the trail and train station, there's a grocery store, a historic bridge and a cafe all within a couple minutes walk. The patios were a great hang out spot and we saw monkeys near the river around 7am. Honestly, I wish we had stayed longer but our plans dictated we move on. Next time we will try to book a few more nights so we can explore the area more!

I chose 'Bohemians' simply because of the good reviews – I had no idea where it was or how convenient it would be for our stay. I was travelling with the family and had so many questions, but Gas answered them all very patiently. He runs an amazing hostel/guest house and went out of his way to accommodate us. I loved the diverse mix of people who were there at the same time as us – breakfast and dinner times were in particular really social and there was a lovely communal vibe.

I've been around Japan for two months but I can say this was the best hostal I've been 🥹 if I ever return to Nagano I will be staying here for sure

Located just a 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort’s gondola, Morino Lodge offers cosy accommodation with spacious guestrooms and a modern lounge. Definitely must go for the pizza!!

Guest House Kura was my first time as a solo traveler, and I felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe. We even had a party there, and it was the best place to meet new people and experience traditional house living with a Futon bed. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had so far!
