You have privacy, because there's no staff in the hostel itself. You can get to the konbini with a 15min walk. The owners are very friendly and kind.

Situated in Tsushima, 2.1 km from Miuda Beach, Midori Guesthouse&Hostel features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Host was very considerate, and explained things to me concisely and thoroughly when I arrived so I didn't have to ask any questions. Room was very clean, quiet, small towels were provided and there was also underfloor heating which you can adjust yourself. I learned a little bit about the history of Tsushima and was recommended some of the places worth going to visit, before renting an electrical-assist bike for ¥1500 until 3pm. Good location with access to some nice shops nearby.

We stayed a bit longer in the lounge after check in to do some laptop admin and the owner was so accommodating. Her husband gave us lots recommendations for places to visit too 😊
