Located in Goto, 1.2 km from Ohama Beach, ako house provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. It was definitely our highlight of Goto island experience. Ako tree, the symbol of the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and the owners were very kind and helpful, made us feel very welcomed. We stayed at double/ twin room, but there are bunk beds too if you are travelling solo or if you have kids. The common area is very nice, you have toys upstairs for kids, little space for everyone.

Excellent place with a wonderful atmosphere thanks to the owner. One of the highlights of my trip, it feels like having a home. The beds are comfy, the decoration of the living room is very tasteful, and the location is superb.

Located in Nagasaki, within 1 km of Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and 1.6 km of Peace Park, Mezame Hostel provides a bar. Easy in and out, code. No fuss. Easy to keep bags downstairs to drop before proper checkin. In-between museums and downtown. Large capsule!!!! Was great to have side room next to bed, and reading light.

ROUTE - Cafe and Petit Hostel is located in Nagasaki, 2.6 km from Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and 3.2 km from Peace Park. The cafe was very cozy and welcoming. Good to have a coffee while chatting with other guests. Also each floor was very nice, with some tables to have a drink quietly. I also liked a lot that each bed as actually isolated from the rest, giving extra intimacy

Set within 2.8 km of Nagasaki Station and 5.4 km of Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, Nagasaki Kagamiya provides rooms in Nagasaki. This 1-star hostel features free WiFi and a garden. This stay was the cherry on the top of my Kyushu trip, by far. The place is a bit far but the warm welcome from the owners is worth every yen. If you're looking for human authenticity and a place that feels like home look no further !
