Everything was very clean, the facilities were modern and well-equipped, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The personnel is very kind and helpful. I greatly appreciated the possibility to borrow a well-maintained good quality road bike. The island is a cycling paradise.

Guest house SENWA fica em Yuzawa, a 2 km de Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort e a 22 km de Estação de esqui de Naeba. Amazingly friendly staff, Naoto was very accommodating, excellent clean facilities, and comfortable bed. The Ofuro was particularly good. Will definately be staying again.

We really appreciated the friendly service at checkin and at meal times when the staff explained the menu. The food was excellent and our room was very nice and spacious with a lovely view. My daughter also left a necklace behind after checkout and staff arranged to send it to our next hotel which was much appreciated. The front desk and restaurant staff really were excellent and went out of their way to help with everything including tours, lunch etc.

Their staff, Anna, who assisted me all throughout was very helpful and nice. I really appreciate them letting me switch to a female's dorm. The rooms for me are quite cosy. They're worth a buck.
