Situated within 36 km of Daizen-ji Temple and 36 km of Nishihama Park, Guest House BONITO features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Kochi. Very clean, great facilities and good provision of anything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the beds and public spaces are well kept. The location is very good too, within walking distance of downtown areas and Hirome Market. The dorm beds were actual mattresses, so they were very comfortable, and the bunks came with many sockets and accessories (fan, light, clothes line, tissues). It’s a refurbished house, so it felt very cozy. It was comfortable and I enjoyed talking to other guests and the owner. It was a superb stay, one of the best guesthouses I’ve ever stayed at! Thank you!

Attractively set in the Konpira Onsen district of Kotohira, Kotori Coworking & Hostel Kotohira is situated 32 km from Kitahamaebisu Shrine, 40 km from Liminal Air-core Takamatsu and 40 km from Sunport... Very cute and big hostel. The facilities were great and offered very cheap laundry (which is rare)! The beds were very comfortable and the space for each person was big! Very kind and friendly staff that helped to show us around. Shower area was also one of the best I’ve been to.

They thought of everything ☺️ even supplying midnight snacks! Everything you could need in the kitchen, laundry, and super comfortable and clean rooms. We also got the unexpected sendoff of a lifetime with music, flags, and a beautiful packed lunch! The most supportive place you can imagine for pilgrims!

Located in Uinouchi, Next Chapter - Guesthouse - Kito features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi. Beautiful traditional hotel with a modern twist located in a wonderful area. The hostel Alrik is very kind and has good tips for local activities. Besides, he made designed the place with style and keeps it clean. Even the beds were comfortable, whicht is quite rare for a Japanese style room. The neighbourhood offers some of the best mountain and Gorge views of the island. You can cook at the guesthouse or head out for diner at the local restaurants next to the guesthouse. Highly recommend to stay here.

Located in Sanuki, 13 km from Yakuri-ji Temple, 宿 inn TEK-TEK provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking and a shared lounge. This is an excellent hostel. It had everything I wanted, was exceptionally clean, dorm beds were roomy and the staff great.

Set in Minamicho, 48 km from Tokushima Station, Ichi The Hostel offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Great location. I visited the Sea Turtle Museum which was a short walk from the hostel. The facilities were clean and well equipped. My room was comfortable. I also enjoyed the rooftop deck and the views.

It's a 15 mins walk from station. There are not many stores and restaurant nearby. Instead, It's surrounded by farmland. Very beautiful view. The public area is pretty chill. Owner stayed in CA before and speaks English very well.

Very good value, staff was super nice, ans the house itself is an traditional house, renovated very charmingly. Wouls come again!

Situated in Nada and with Kamikawaguchi Harbor Whale Park reachable within 2.5 km, Ohana features free bikes, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. At the end of a long day on the road, this was the perfect place to spend the night. Miho and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It really felt like staying with relatives. The cooking was great, and the house was so beautiful and well maintained.
