They offered snacks and tea and coffee for breakfast. They were very helpful in showing us around Battambang. There was aircon in the room which was good for the price. And even though the shower was quite small the water was powerful and hot

THE PLACE Hostel Battambang has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Battambang. Helpful and kind staff at the reception and the rooftop. Great tour options that include all needed to visit around the city, I got to know a lot of the people in the hostel through them. Comfy bed. Shower or toilet availability was not an issue despite what I read in other comments. Very spacious 14-bed dorm. Didn’t feel like sleeping with so many people. Great location

Boasting a shared lounge, terrace, bar and free WiFi, Social Backpacker Hostel & Rooftop Bar is set in Battambang, 800 metres from Colonial Buildings and 1.1 km from Battambang Museum. Very social. Comfortable beds. The host was lovely and organised family-style dinners and tours at reasonable and transparent prices. Overall, a great stay!

The Coconut House Hotel is situated in Battambang, within 4 km of Bamboo Train Battambang and 16 km of Killing Caves of Phnom Sampeau. Nice staff, lovely pool for a quick dip (but no loungers), huge rooms.
