The hostel is well located in Sokcho, you can reach the market and harbour just by walking a few minutes. For further destinations theres a bus stop for the regular busses just around the corner and even the bus terminal for intercity busses is just a short walk away. During my stay the hostel was very quiet, which was perfect as I came here for relaxation and hiking. I had a single room with my own bathroom, which seemed extremely luxurious after staying in dorms for a while. The room was big and tidy, same goes for the bathroom.

Situated in Gangneung, 28 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, Aark House features air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Very clean, with everything you need. I stayed alone for two nights and felt very comfortable. I also used the kitchen a lot. The host is very kind and often stops by to chat in the evening. Great location, close to the bus stop for the major beaches.

There's also a lot of parking space if you're getting there by car. Good location to explore the Chuncheon area.

Situated in Sokcho, 6.6 km from Seorak Waterpia, Seoraksan Youth Hostel features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I got a hot-floor room which doesn’t come with beds to aid with my yoga practice. The floor mats you sleep on absorb the heat of the floor and it makes both sleep and yoga divine. It was so comfortable.
