It is new this December, and the owners have put so much effort into making it an enjoyable place and that is conducive to a peaceful stay and a community atmosphere. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the location is right next to a lovely beach (great place to be for sunset). The breakfast is fantastic, and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time, do work, or talk to other people in the hostel. Arjuna the owner is very friendly and helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure visitors are happy and comfortable. I would enthusiastically recommend Colombo Mount Hostel for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun stay in the Colombo area.

Drop Inn Hostels is situated in Colombo, 1.1 km from Asiri Surgical Hospital and 3.9 km from U.S. Embassy. Free WiFi access is available. The air-conditioned rooms come with a private bathroom. Everything about this place was amazing. The staff were lovely, it’s clean, the WiFi is solid, and having food and coffee right at the hostel just makes life easier. I’ll definitely be back, especially after meeting so many good souls <3

Situated in Colombo, within 5.8 km of Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 6.1 km of R Premadasa Stadium, SeSaya Poshtel & Bistro - Colombo's Newest and Finest Poshtel Dorms and Rooms features... I am travelling alone. This place was super easy to find. Name is written in big blond letters. Receptionists were super helpful, Clear communication. Supermarket right opposite the stay. Easy to catch uber/taxi/tuktuk. It has a roof top restaurant where each and every staff was friendly, approachable and kind. Will definitely stay there.

Attractively located in the Cinnamon Gardens district of Colombo, CEYLON STAYZ is situated 2.9 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station, 5.4 km from Khan Clock Tower and 5.9 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Nice people, nice room, everything clean. Plus, it turned out to be in the middle of everything. Very convenient, and as well quiet location.

Situated in Colombo and with Kollupitiya Beach reachable within 1.1 km, Lost & Found - Colombo features express check-in and check-out, rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. We only stayed for one night but had a great stay. The location is very central and the staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Situated in Colombo, VIBE Colombo has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. The room is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, AC works great (and there's a powerful ceiling fan as well). The linens and towels are good quality, there is ample water pressure in the bathroom. All the facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the evenings, and communal kitchen is nice. The staff is really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Zero complaints about VIBE Hostels. Highly recommend it, and we would happily stay again.
