Situated in Kandy and with Kandy City Center Shopping Mall reachable within 1.5 km, Eden Kandy features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. Eden Kandy is in a stunning location, overlooking luscious rainforest. It’s really peaceful there, the spaces were clean, lots of areas to socialize or hang out solo/do some work if you need to. The breakfast is also delicious and there is free, clean drinking water. Udaya, the owner, is so incredibly helpful. We left Eden Kandy just before the cyclone and he continued to check in and support us to find safe travel for days after. Such a kind person - can’t recommend this hostel enough and will definitely stay again if I’m back in Kandy.

The decorative elements and the details really give you a cozy feeling. The room is clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfast was so delicious, and they even catered to our vegan needs. We got a true local experience through interactions with the host, and we are really grateful. Would highly recommend:)

He taught us lots about Sri Lanka. He went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after. He helped us get tickets on the Ella train. The breakfast was DELICIOUS!

Situated in Kandy, less than 1 km from Kandy Museum, Kurumbunkz Kandy features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I liked that the room was clean! The bedding was clean! The bathroom was clean and had warm water! There was a fan and an AC! The staff were very nice and accommodating. My partner and I got given fresh juice on arrival. The location was also decent, we were a quick walk away from the tooth temple and lake, also near a great dosa and curry place! We could also easily get a Tuktuk when we felt it was a bit too hot in Kandy to walk.

I will definitely recommend to stay at Lazy Bear hostel. Nice big clean house next to Kandy Lake, quiet place and the staff is really nice. I had a great time with Nihal , he always wants you to have the best experience and he will do anything to make you happy. I will go back to Lazy bear hostel when I will be back to Kandy.
