Situated in Kandy and with Kandy City Center Shopping Mall reachable within 1.5 km, Eden Kandy features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. The beautiful surroundings, garden and tasteful interior decor stood out at Eden kandy. The bed is sturdy and comfy. The staff and mr Ayuda are very accommodating and helpful and overall , it was a lovely stay .

Boasting a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a restaurant, Carls' Corner is situated in the centre of Kandy, 1.9 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. Very neat and clean. New comer. Kitchen and common area. Clean two shower rooms and the mirror on hand wash dispenser. Comfy bed with curtains, even there's a small window on top bunk. Nice view anytime..

Set in Kandy, 1.8 km from Kandy railway station, Ku'Vana Hostel Kandy offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Superb hospitality, the most friendly family ever. The host Chathuranga and his mother felt like family, his mum even baked a cake for my arrival afternoon tea.! HUGE BREAKFAST, I couldn't finish it. So many delicious Sri Lanka favourites, coconut roti, dhal, rice, chicken curry, mango, sambal and some sweet fritters, I can't remember the name See the photos, comfortable bed, white fresh sheets, fluffy white towel and thin blanket, Fan in the room, my room had a TV monitor with games console but I didn't use it. 4 toilet cubicles outside, and 2 shower cubicles with HOT WATER. Another 2 wash basins inside, outdoor terrace smoking area. Wonderful views, they offered tea and coffee often, I brought my own instant coffee so they gave me a kettle. Electric power sockets next to each bed. Square pin, adaptor maybe required but they gave me one. Quiet peaceful area. Walking distance to the town, or jump on any bus from the main road, tuk tuk access if required. Access up a driveway from the road, see my photos. (Google may show you right outside a house on the road but the hostel Homestay is accessed from a driveway / slip road 30 metres before) it's just 50 metres up this driveway. Fan jn the room, I didn't use, the room was perfect temperate. It's January now. Handsoap in the washroom. Comfortable lounge chairs and seating area inside and out. The family has only recently started taking guests into the Homestay and I encourage you to stay and enjoy this wonderful Sri Lanka hospitality. I've been to kandy dozens of times over the years and I believe Kandy needs more quality hostels like this with top quality comfortable service and facilities at a budget price. If you are even considering you're options I would definitely choose this because the breakfast included blows the competition away. Anywhere else you would pay good money for the breakfast. As it is included it's a no brainier decision.

Boasting a garden and free WiFi, Nature Lovers' Hostel is situated in Kandy, 1.8 km from Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens and 6.7 km from Kandy railway station. Asanka is an amazing host, he cooked us the best kottu we had and showed us his garden, plants and herbs and the nearby temple. He has a good knowledge about history, religion and other interesting topics, great companion to have a tour with or have a tea at his place. He made our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much!

Located in Kandy, within 1.8 km of Kandy railway station and 1.9 km of Bogambara Stadium, Palm Garden Home Stay provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi as well as free private parking for... A Pleasant Surprise at Palm Garden! We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. It was clear that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard.

Well set in Kandy, Cozy Nest Kandy Villa provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The location is convenient, close to the main street and attractions in Ella. Breakfast was good and the place feels fairly new, with comfortable beds and clean showers. Nice man at the reception

Located in Kandy, 7.8 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, The Bliss Hostel Kandy provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We initially planned for only 2 nights, however extended our stay as we loved The Bliss! We stayed in the superior queen room, which is even better than the photos show. Lovely, clean accomodation situated amongst serene nature and a beautiful garden at an amazing price point. We had minimal issues with bugs/mosquitoes during our stay. Thanu and Chathura were fantastic, and make you feel like you’re at home. We had freshly prepared dinner by Thanu most nights, and the dishes were superb! Organise your tuk tuk through their driver Aja - very reasonable prices, though be prepared to hold on tight haha. We organised a day tour with him and his brother to Sigirya, Dambulla and Pirandugala at a really good price! They were both excellent. The accomodation is out of the town centre which is part of its appeal. It’s not hard to hail a tuk tuk either to the accomodation (ask the manager to talk to the driver to direct them), or on the main road. Alternatively getting the bus into Kandy was super easy - walk 10 mins down to the main road by the river and ask the locals where to stand for the bus stop. There are so many buses that pass by. Let the bus drivers assistant know you’re going to Kandy and they’ll let you know if you’re getting on the right bus. The bus fare ranges between 35-45 rupees one way. If you want to get the bus back just ask the locals (at the main Kandy bus terminal we got 613 towards Digana, and got off at the bottom of Jambugahapitiya Road then walked up to The Bliss). Overall, an absolute must stay in Kandy! Stunning accomodation at an amazing price point, with kind and heartfelt service from their staff. We will definitely be back if we return to Kandy.

Situated in Kandy, less than 1 km from Kandy Museum, Kurumbunkz Kandy features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The room was Great!! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was very clean. The rooftop was beautiful and the food very tasty.
