The terrace is excellent for relaxing after a long day exploring Fes, and each floor has toilets and common areas to enjoy. Ramou was very helpful throughout my stay. He had excellent suggestions about where to eat and go around the medina, which can be pretty confusing on the first day. The overall atmosphere of the hostel is very friendly, which was perfect for me as a solo traveller.
