Situated in St Julian's, 1.4 km from Balluta Bay Beach, Windmill Hostel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. It's just a great hostel on a side street. I was concerned about noise pollution when coming to Malta, but this place is really quiet. I slept well 8 hours every night. They provide towels too which is nice. Staff and guests were very friendly. Outdoor areas are nice too.

Situated in Balzan, Dragon's Den Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. I stayed for five nights at this hostel and I was lucky to enjoy and 8 people dorm for myself. The hostel seems pretty new. The room was spacious and it had two bathrooms inside. Location was good, easy to reach by bus and it was also very quiet. The hostel has a well equipped kitchen and a pool area with a deck. That was really nice. I found the staff to be accomodating and attentive.
