Attractively located in the centre of Playa del Carmen, SUUT Hostal Boutique features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!

Set in Holbox Island and with Playa Holbox reachable within 700 metres, Casa Universo Holbox offers a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Perfect location!! Walking distance from the Ferry but also from the center, we were able to walk everywhere on the island (beaches, restaurants, cafés..). Staff is incredibly kind. The room is huge with a functioning TV, air conditioning works, and the bathroom is also top notch. We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s well serviced and also includes filtered water.

Situated in Tulum, 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Mimosa Tulum features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — you can easily reach the Tulum ruins and nearby cenotes by bike, and downtown is just a short walk away. The bikes for rent are quite affordable; they could be in slightly better condition, but they still got us everywhere we wanted to go. One of the highlights was the Happy Hour at the bar, which created a great atmosphere to relax and connect with other travelers. We also loved the Movie Night. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hostel to others.

Located in Puerto Morelos, 33 km from ADO International Bus Station, Hostel Humanity - Puerto Morelos provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared... Finally a hostel that remembers the word "host" in its name. Many hostels have just turned into a pure money business and have forgotten their roots of existence. Ben and his team at Humanity truly host people as if you are inviting someone into your home. The place is clean, organized, relaxing, chill, and a home away from home. Also one of the only places that features a pool that is clean and taken care of. Some people are worried that the location is not central enough to the beach or tourist areas. That is actually a bonus. You live amongst the locals, shop and eat where locals do and visit places around you with only local prices and experiences. Of course one wants to experience the beaches with all its waterfront activities. You can easily get there by renting a bike from the hostel (10 min), walk there (35 min), or take a colectivo close by for 10 pesos (5 min) When you are done after a busy day, you can retrieve to the quiet tranquil comfort of Humanity. Bonus features include a 360 degrees open rooftop that allows you to watch sunrise and sunset over the jungle, with everything in between. You can plan your own days and nights, or you can join the daily activities the hostels offers. Each activity is fun but has a local community involvement which makes the experience even more authentic. Any questions you have about anything during your stay will gladly be answered for you to make your stay as stress free and comfortable. Hostel Oryx Tulum features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Tulum. Really nice place, lots of nature and plants. New owner, a very friendly guy, and really nice volunteers. Good breakfast, good beds, fun activities, and great location. Highly recommend!!

Mayan Monkey Tulum - Social Hotel features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Tulum. The rooms are well designed, all beds with curtains and a shelf to organize. The Hostel offers activities and the bar is super social. Breakfast is delicious - coffee was a hit and miss though.

Stay in the heart of downtown Cancun at Nomads Experience, a city property which features a rooftop pool, just a 3-minute walk from the main ADO bus terminal and steps away from local transport to the... Has everything you need and more. Staff were excellent and super friendly and informative. Carlos has a wonderful wealth of know and is willing to share that, they have free yoga and beach visits and fun activities throughout the week Their dedicated workspace was lovely to work from Kitchen was clean and they have a huge fridge. It's easy to meet people in the shared kitchen food space. They have a cosy living room style space and a roof top bar with great food and drinks. They also let me hang out until I was ready to move on to the next place which I found really good of them. They provide free water. You get a lot for your money here.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, The Yak Lake House Adults Only offers accommodation in Bacalar. You will find a shared kitchen at the property. It’s at the absolutely best location. Close to Centro and on the lagoon! They have tons of activity and an amazing Wednesday night party. Lots of fun placed to lounge in. The crew were absolutely the best especially Joaco at the front desk!
