This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!

I had a very good experience at Kin Camping. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. The camping was very clean, and the kitchen great. The atmosphere of the camping is relaxed and friendly.

The host Ben took the time to welcome me and direct me via a map to the best places to eat and local happenings, like the Sunday fleamarket, which I otherwise would have missed. He spent time discussing his vision and the ethos of the place which I appreciated. The pool and covered patio was very welcoming and peaceful. I met and talked to interesting people and it was nice to socialise with older travellers for a change. (I was one of 3 other solo women travellers). When dogs from the street charged at me, which was scary, Ben was immediately by my side to chase them away. Ben, thank you for that and goe taking time to ensure I felt very at home at Humanity.

Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, nice extra touches like coffee, water and a small fridge, walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely recommend Ukayil!

Mayan Monkey Tulum - Social Hotel features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Tulum. I stayed in private room and it felt like a hotel 😍 also the kitchen, common areas + super friendly staff made my stay excellent! 💖

They organize different activities everyday - yoga, cooking class, cocktail class, picnic at the beach etc. Breakfast is the best as I’ve ever seen in hostels! You can choose from different options and it feels like in a restaurant! Get it when booking as you’ll get the best price! While checking in you can add them on for 6$, in the restaurant it’s more like 8-9$.
