Jacque's Beachside Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Progreso. Jacque was a delight to chat with. Dogs are adorable and so friendly. Beds are very comfortable, sheets very fresh - I slept great! Good shower. The house itself is really nice and close to the beach. I liked the outdoor seating areas as well. Highly recommended!

Well situated in Mérida, Casa Amate 61 - Mérida centro offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This is the best hotel/hostel I have ever stayed at. It felt like a tiny resort somewhere in the dessert. It is located 20 min walk from the center. It’s also quiet so you can work by the pool and head out to town in the evening when the temperature goes down

Hostel Candelaria is centrally located in Valladolid City, 5 minutes’ walk from the main square and 500 metres distance from the 180 Cancún-Valladolid Motorway. It features a terrace and free parking.... We loved staying at Hostel la Candelaria. The guy in the reception was very helpful and told us many things about the history of Campeche. We took a private double bedroom, which was very comfortable and cosy. Kitchen facilities are good, toilets and showers were clean and the garden is lovely, colourful and full of plants. Breakfast was also very good. Location is perfect, it’s pretty close to the city center in a quiet square.
