Good wifi; great location (perfect i would say); only one shower with hot water and 2 showers with cold water (the water ls not really cold, but a bit warm); only 2 toilets (one comes with the hot shower); free water; there is a fridge; the door at the entrance is always locked; big relaxing area; balcony where you can smoke upstairs; good AC; laundery (15 RM)- drying included if you want; some of the stuff is really nice; very clean place.

Had a warm welcome late at night with a touchy handwritten welcome note, soft fresh bread and biscuits from local authentic chef. The room was cozy and super comfy with a view of Chulia street. The place had a beautiful amalgamation of old structure with renovation and new furniture. I really loved the place. Will definitely book again.

The building has a lovely heritage charm but feels modern and well-kept inside. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is super convenient, with lots of food, cafes, and sights within walking distance. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Penang!
