The host is helpful and give me sufficient info about the facilities in the dorm, the hot water shower, and they also provide muslim friendly kitchen if i wanted to cook.

The hostel is small and very welcoming, cleaning is done every day, there is always free water, tea or coffee available and also inside the structure live four very cute and tender kittens.

The stay at the hostel was great. Very comfortable and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything I needed — plus really good air conditioning. Most of all, I want to highlight the excellent service from all the staff and how comfortable they made me feel. In particular, the receptionist on duty at the time, Rose. I really appreciated her availability and willingness to help with everything I asked — and not just for me, but for the other guests as well.

I stayed in a dormitory room, the room and toilets were so clean, even though there were many guests using them. Moreover, the shower room had shampoo and body wash, so I did not need to purchase them. The big towel is provided upon check-in for free, which was also very clean. I will definitely choose The Bed KLCC again when I visit Kuala Lumpur in the future. It was better than my home! Also, the lounge at the first floor had microwave, water purifier, utensils and the sink. The wi-fi connection was great.

Stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly. The lobby is great to relax and pretty good for remote workers. Rooms are confortable. Easily one of the best Hostels in KL in terms of value for money. The rooftop has such a good potential once de Hostel becomes more popular and starts doing some activities.
