Matatagpuan sa Moyogalpa, ang Rancho Tranquillo ay nag-aalok ng beachfront accommodation na 34 km mula sa Maderas Volcano at naglalaan ng iba’t ibang facility, katulad ng hardin at terrace. I had the best time with Tony and Daniela, they were very kind, welcoming and warm. They make you feel part of their family and have so many stories to tell. Daniela makes THE BEST breakfasts (I miss them). If I go back to Ometepe I'm definitely staying with them again. The room was nice and clean and at night you can hear a symphony of crickets and other elements of nature due to being away from the city. A really nice experience. Also, there's a beach right outside the hostel where you can see the most beautiful sunsets. It's a bit far from the center of the town (a 20 min walk) which is not too bad, just something to take into consideration. If you're renting a bike like most people do it's not going to make a difference for you, but I was on foot. Fortunately, Tony was very kind and picked me up on a motorbike at the port and took me back at the end of my stay.

Mayroon ang La Urraca Loca Hostel ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Balgue. Nagtatampok ng BBQ facilities, matatagpuan ang accommodation sa loob ng 12 km ng Maderas Volcano. Prefect 10/10 , i did 5 hostels in Ometepe and this one for me are the best... It's very clean, I like the decoration, there is a Kitchen, an area to chill, the gardens are nice. Luis the guy from the reception are super friendly. I highly recommend....

Hostel Life is Good is a little slice of paradise on Ometepe. Roman and Barbera, and their sweet animals, have created a perfect place to enjoy, have a drink, and enjoy. As the name implies, Life is Good, and they do a great job of showing that through their care of the hostel, the guests, and the overall vibe of the place.

Mayroon ang Cocos Hostel ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Moyogalpa. Mayroong libreng private parking at nagtatampok ang accommodation ng may bayad na airport shuttle service. Lovely place to stay. Highly recommend. Rooms clean and well equipped. Family run hostel and they were very welcoming and helpful. Small restaurant on site with really good food and coffee for a good price. Central location and only 10 min walk from the port.

Mayroon ang Hostal Casa Moreno ng outdoor swimming pool, hardin, shared lounge, at terrace sa Moyogalpa. Nag-aalok ang 3-star hostel na ito ng bar. Nice old classic hotel with a pool ! What's not to love. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Matatagpuan sa Santa Cruz, ang Raindance ay nag-aalok ng beachfront accommodation na 19 minutong lakad mula sa Playa Santo Domingo at nag-aalok ng iba’t ibang facility, katulad ng outdoor swimming... The friendly staff, the bar atmosphere and the good food. I also love the pod beds with privacy curtains and they actually provide a USBC cable in the beds which was helpful because I left my charger in the last hostel I stay in!

Matatagpuan sa Las Pilas, 17 km mula sa Maderas Volcano, ang Rainbow Caravan Hostel ay nagtatampok ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, shared lounge, at restaurant. The place was very clean and tidy, tranquil, and no noise at night which is rare in Nicaragua because there's always someone making some noise. The food was quality, homemade vegan goodness. Making a fire was cool and it has all the modern amenities like a fridge and cooking equipment so you can bring beer. Didn't have any bugs unlike some of the other hostels i stayed in on Ometepe. It's quite a good location equidistance between the two towns and near the start of Volcan Concepción. I recommend renting an ATV rather than a scooter at the port and picking it up in Ometepe, don't trust the people on the San Jorge side. The hostel also offers scooter rental although I picked mine up at port. Very photogenic hostel and peaceful.

Matatagpuan sa Altagracia, 16 km mula sa Maderas Volcano, ang B&B, family run homestay, Hospedaje La Penita ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, shared lounge, at... Learned this was one of the original hostels on Ometepe. Breakfasts and dinners were freshly prepared with local ingredients. Their dogs and cats were very nice to spend time with. The hosts can lease scooters and deliver them for competitive prices. Communication with host prior to and during stay was excellent.
