This family-run hostel lies by Lake Vangsvatnet, 1 km from the village of Voss. It has a TV lounge and a communal kitchen. Free WiFi is available in common areas. We arrived early in the morning on the day of booking. Since every place was closed we asked the person on reception for breakfast if we could get it by paying. He said he would check with the manager. He offered us a complementary breakfast when it was not even on them. We cannot thank them enough for the gesture. Room was clean. Breakfast was exceptional

Located in Tyssedal, 13 km from Trolltunga, Trolltunga Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Dormitorio 8 sängyllä, aika uhkarohkeaa. Mutta nuoriso oli ystävällistä, tekivät kohteliaasti tuttavuutta ja saimme kuulla eurooppalaisten ja argentiinalaisten nuorten matkakertomuksia.
