We recommend a longer stay in Barentsburg to taste some of its vibe of humble, genuine, peaceful, friendly creativity in an amazing setting. We stayed one week, could easily have stayed longer. Все было великолепно.Близко к музею и центру города. Тихое, чистое и спокойное место. Отдельное спасибо персоналу Юлии и Семёну ( Sem ) которые всегда рады помочь в любое время суток и по любому вопросу. На месте имеются различные туры,включая гидов в любую часть архипелага.

This hotel offers budget accommodation on the Arctic Ocean island of Svalbard. Communal facilities include a kitchen and TV lounge. Snowmobile safaris, dog sledding and glacier walks can be arranged. This hotel is a bit further from the city center, about a 40 minute walk, but it's worth it. I managed to catch the northern lights in the evening and the whole area is quiet and picturesque. Every company that organizes trips will pick you up and drop you off here. The bar and lounge area are great until 2 am.The bathroom is shared but clean and there is plenty of bathrooms so I didn't mind it at all.
