Located in Valle de Anton, MejorClub features a garden, shared lounge and free WiFi. Certain rooms at the property include a patio with a garden view. Very nice owner. He helped us with all sorts of things. They also had a very cute dog. Facilities were good. Everything was clean etc

Located within a few steps of Farallon Beach and 2.1 km of Santa Clara Beach, Hostal De Molen provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cruce del Farallón. Great staff, excellent breakfast, spacious room and amazing location. The pool was an extra bonus!

Hostal Familiar El Ángel Panamá B&B features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Pajonal Arriba. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Great rural alternative if you don't want to stay right in the tourist center of Valle Anton. We booked three nights and could not have been happier! The host family was really an example of panamanian hospitality, they looked after us for trips, gave us tips, and even a small tour around the neighborhood. Very sweet people. Auxi, the host, is an English teacher, so you will have no problems with communication. We loved the stay as it gave us an idea of rural panamanian life and access to more hidden spots to visit (including the 'Pozo azul', which you need to go to). Recommend!

Bodhi El Valle is located in El Valle and features free WiFi access in all areas, a garden and barbecue facilities. Free parking is available. This place is special. The vibe here is probably the best I've experienced so far in my 5 months of travelling.. it felt like home, and you could tell everyone else felt the same. It rained loads in my 4 days here but honestly there's nothing I'd rather have done than hang out of the hostel. It has ALL the amenities - great kitchen, beautiful communal areas with TV, yoga, garden space. Breakfast is amaaaaaazing, as is the on-site cafe. They offer laundry and there's space to dry your clothes etc. They put things on in the evenings but it stays chill rather than cross over to party hostel which is perfect. The staff are AWESOME. Shout out to Jacob for making everyone feel like the most important person in the hostel - absolute pleasure to meet. But all the staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful! Honestly I couldn't recommend it enough, I could have stayed there for weeks just relaxing in the atmosphere and cute town.

Set in Penonomé, Hostal familiar Villa Nome features a shared lounge, terrace and free WiFi. There is a restaurant serving Cajun Creole cuisine, and free private parking is available. I have the greatest experience I could imagine. Very helpful and super nice lady. She did her best and more for us. The room was spacious and clean. So was the bathroom.

Set in Playa Blanca, Acuarela Hostal offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Farallon Beach and offers various facilities, such as a garden and a terrace. Luz and her family were wonderful hosts. Luz speaks mostly Spanish, so if you don't, Google translate is your friend. She helped me with my Spanish. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was eggs, toast, coffee, and fruit usually. One day she made Venezuelan arepa (flatbread). Lots of help with bus information and places to go. They accommodated a couple special requests. Wonderful back patio with hammocks, special lighting, and seating. Games for children. Highly recommend. Wifi was decent, but may not be up to digital nomad standards. Many restaurants and some grocery stores. May need to text owner you are here since gate is locked (WhatsApp +507 6200‑4371) Tip: If you arrive by bus to Rio Hato and take taxi/small bus to location, you may need to say Posada Acuarela, not Acuarela Hostel.
