You can lock the entire bed cubical which was great for storing all of my stuff there, and it gave a good privacy. The breakfast was good, the staff were all really nice. The area seemed nice and secured to walk around alone for dinner.

Conveniently situated in Panama City, Panama Hat Hostel provides air-conditioned rooms, a bar and free WiFi. The location is really good, walkable to metro, supermarket and malecon. The owners were very helpful and gave a lot of information before arrival so I could use the metro from the airport to reach here. Good kitchen with lots of equipment, big air conditioned rooms. Even let me keep my bags here for a few days while I visited other places and returned back. The area around here is really safe and would be my go-to place while visiting or transiting Panama city for sure! Highly recommended.

Located in Panama City and with Ancon Hill reachable within 3.6 km, Hostel Magnolia provides express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and... It's a good quiet hostel, in good location! Facilities are descent but they could replace some of the frying pans as they are no longer flat and hard to fry an egg!

The attention (customer service) and kindness from the staff and owner was superb. The location is excellent. The check-in system is very good and user friendly. I loved that guests can have late check-in times, and I loved that check-out is at 1p.m. The bathroom was very clean and had very good water pressure and toiletries. The room was small but very comfortable. It did not have AC, but I was provided with a big fan. Loved it. Did not miss the AC at all. Very strong Wifi. Lots of space and drawers to put away things. Convenience store right across the street.
